Companion version
Refresh Kora once after installing or updating. Pin Kora Music Companion: open your browser’s puzzle-piece Extensions menu and click the pin beside its name.
Play → click → focus
Play a song on YouTube, YouTube Music, SoundCloud, Spotify Web, Apple Music, Deezer, or Tidal in this same browser. Open Floating Focus to see music controls; use its picker to switch songs. If the browser requires access for live beats, click the pinned companion on the music tab. It returns to Kora and selects that song.
Live beat lights
Capture starts automatically when permitted. You do not need another extension click for every app refresh or pause/resume while access remains granted. A new music tab or an extension reload may need a fresh click. If access is missing, Floating Focus shows an “Open music tab” button and instructions. The listening line appears only when real capture is live; the browser shows its capture indicator.

Keep the music tab open. Audio is analyzed only inside your browser; nothing is recorded or uploaded. Pause the song or close Floating Focus to stop listening. If live sync is unavailable, the squares stay gray and still. Only real onset events animate the squares.
All listed music services try the same browser-approved tab capture, including Apple Music, Spotify, Deezer and Tidal. Beats appear only if audible audio reaches the analyser; silence or denial keeps the squares still and music controls available. No DRM or browser capture restriction is bypassed.

There is no account connection or extension ID to enter. Install the companion separately in each browser/profile you use.
AI instrument notes / Nốt nhạc cụ AI
The fifth row follows note attacks in the dominant instrumental line. Vocals, drums and bass are separated first; the other four rows keep their own detectors. Sustained notes and hi-hats do not trigger this row.
Download once: about 157 MB. Analysis runs locally and adds 3.5 seconds of audio delay while Floating Focus listens, so the lights follow the sound you hear. Pausing, seeking or switching tabs discards the buffer. Music videos will have delayed sound. Turning this off restores immediate playback and leaves the fifth row dark.

Several instruments can remain in the separated stem. The tracker favors one dominant harmonic line; every note and complete removal of vocals cannot be guaranteed. If analysis cannot keep up, the fifth row stays dark.
